Kayode is a young white rhino bull that was born back in 2013 in San Diego (California, USA) to first time mother Kacy and experienced bull Maoto.

During early November he left his native home to reach his new place Wildlife Safari (Oregon, USA). He is now in quarantine but he has just met Taryn, the twenty-five years old other resident of the zoo.

Plans are that in the next years Kayode and Taryn will be reached by another white rhino with whom zoo officials hope to start a breeding program.
