By popular demand we are to list the confirmed pregnancies for 2021. Keep in mind that we are listing the one confirmed by facilities. We are not including Eastern Black Rhino Johari since she has just given birth. A dedicated post is on the way

From Europe:

• Southern White Rhino Amalie from Osnabruck: due date between May and July 2021;
• Southern White Rhino Izala from Arnhem: due date between August and December 2021;
• Southern White Rhino Kwanzaa from Arnhem: due date not before October 2021;

From North America:

• Southern White Rhino Kya from Virginia Safari Park: we do not know if she gave birth already or has lost the calf;
• Southern White Rhino Lola from Disney Animal Kingdom: due date between September and December 2021;
• Southern White Rhino Jao from Disney Animal Kingdom: due date after November 2021;

From Australia/New Zealand:

• Southern Black Rhino Bakhita from Taronga Western Plains Zoo: due date before June 2021;
