The much anticipated second baby rhino at Nikita Khan Rhino Rescue Center has finally arrived: female Amani, 11 years old, has given birth to an healthy female calf on 21 November a bit after midnight. The baby is the second one conceived through artificial insemination in San Diego Safari Park (the first one was Edward born in July 2019). The little female calf is described as healthy, lively and growing fast; her mom is taking care of her properly. She is also the very first calf for J Gregory, alias Victor, first time dad that arrived at the Safari Park last year.
