Nashville (Tennessee, USA) is now home to four young Southern White Rhinos. Since their arrival in May, the four young ladies (they are age should be around three or four years old) have been slowly getting used to the new sorrounding, expecially the smells and the sounds.
According to Zoo Officials, the Rhino females came from a South African Reserve, so they are all captive-born.
The ladies made their personal debut at the very beginning of July 2017 when they were allowed to walk in their new outdoor space. They are still a little nervous, so there was no guarantee that they could be out in a special hour or day. Zoo said that the best chance to meet them was before noon!
We know the four names and we have list them in the Southern White Rhino list in America, but we are waiting to have a picture of any of them! If you happen to have one, please feel free to contact us!
