It came to us the sad news about the death of Natal, one of the oldest White Rhinos that reside in Europe. He died of old age, because he was born wild, in Umfolozi (South Africa) around 1971. He has lived from 1974 to 2010 in Ostrava (CZ) then returned to Dvur Kralove (CZ) where he stayed since his death. He was able to walk well since last month and lived very well with two rhino females, Jessica and Temba, and a bull called Pamir.
Unfortunately, Natal didn’t have any offspring.
He will be really missed.
