Great joy in Warsaw Zoo (PL) when Indian Rhino lady Shikari gave birth at 6:55 AM of Friday 16 March 2018 to her third baby. It took few hours to determine the sex of the calf.

Shikari and her partner Kuba previously welcomed two baby males: this time the expectation was high for a female… but it is a third male! He is healthy and, four hours after his birth, he was nursing well from mum.

This third baby rhino arrives at the 90th anniversary of the zoo!
