Exciting news for the italian rhino landscape: at Le Cornelle a Southern White Rhino bull has just arrived from Athens (GR). He is 10 years old Pancho who has lived the last years in Athens but he was born in Budapest (HU).

His genes are really valuable because he only has a sister, that is not in a breeding situation.

This is a fantastic news because Le Cornelle becomes the first (and by now the only) facility with a breeding potential in Italy.

Pancho is slowly being introduced to the two half-sisters resident there, whose names are Lara and Shanny (Geraldine). The two girls were born in German facility Hodenhagen.

We are really proud of this arrival and we hope to keep you updated on the situation of these three giants!
