Two winters ago Turin (IT) lost its lonely Southern White Rhino Freddy of old age. Few days ago it received not one but two Southern White Rhinos: half-brothers Ian and John directly from Cotswold (UK).

Today they made their debut in their enclosure.

It’s a fantastic news for Italy because in a couple of days it had a full renewal on its rhino stock! We hope that Italy can become of great importance in the breeding scene of this endangered specie.
