There are a lot of news about our beloved rhinos worldwide that we collected.

A Southern White Rhino baby was born in the pasture at The Wilds (Ohio, USA). The baby, a healthy female, was born on 5 October 2017 to second-time mom Anan and father Roscoe. The little calf is yet unnamed, but it is the second fifth-generation  rhino born and raised in captivity. Her older brother was born in 2014 and his name is Letterman.

UPDATE – The calf was named Faith!

After spending his first month of life  off-exhibit Singapore (SG)‘s white rhino calf has made his public debut under the attentive eye of mom Donsa. The little calf, a male, has been named Oban which means king in Shova language.

In Europe, four years old Southern White Rhino lady Nambi left her native place Kolmarden (SW) to reach her new home, Katowice (PL). Here she should encounter a young bull called Zulus, his mother Faith and sister Hope.  It is hoped that one day Nambi and Zulus could become a breeding couple.
