Hana and Toshi born on April 10, 1977.
At the Blank Park Zoo in Iowa, USA, a black rhino baby was born to mother Ayana and its father Kiano on October 11.
The Blank Park Zoo is very happy with the first birth of black rhino in the state of Iowa and uploads one cute video after another to Facebook, as the baby girl is so attractive.
There is one more zoo which is very happy about this birth in Asia: it’s Asa Zoo in Hiroshima, Japan! This because Mom Ayana’s father, Toshi, is from Asa Zoo.
Toshi is the first calf of Hana, the world’s oldest black rhino.
The box used for transferring of Toshi from Hiroshima to Florida in 1983.

published in 2006, “Hana is the best mom in Japan.”
