Rotterdam Zoo staff asked for help in choosing a perfect name for the baby female born on 14 February 2017 to mum Namaste and dad Gujurat. It took a while and a lot of suggestions came from visitors and fans worldwide. Finally the little female has her name: it is Karuna, which means “a heart full of compassion”.
